Woman sues TJ Maxx for being used as bait in upskirt peeping sting operation.
Friday, June 8th, 2007TJ MAXX knowingly let an upskirt photo snapper, with aspirations of his own up-skirt Internet website business, take pictures of women in skirts in their store. They wanted to catch Jeremiah Williams, in the act, but doing so also meant allowing him to violate the privacy of these women.
