There's a new diet in town, well not so new, but one that is not that well known. It involves eating cookies to help curb your appetite. The cookie diet was created in the 1970's by Dr. Sanford Siegal, a Miami physician. He wanted to create something that would help people control their hunger so that they would stick to their diets and ultimately lose weight, thus he invented the Dr. Siegal's Cookie Diet.

Alli, the newly FDA approved diet pill, is an over the counter version of the prescription-only weight-loss medicine, Xenical, that has been available for several years. Having previously heard of Xenical, I became interested and visited the alli website. While going through their on-line test to see if “I was ready for the alli plan,” I found pictures of greasy burgers, fatty foods, and even donuts, followed by a picture of the bathroom. The web-site has daily regiments you must stick to for losing weight, such as physical exercise, eating healthier and reducing fat in your diet. Why are they showing me pictures of hamburgers and donuts, are those the diet foods that the company is referring to? The other question is that if I were to exercise and reduce the amount of my fat consumption, I would lose weight anyway, why do I need this miracle pill?

American Idol season six winner, Jordin Sparks, is not a posterchild for size FASHION fashion. Let's face it, in today's world of slim is in, it was surprising that she was chosen as the winner of season six. Recently,  Meme Roth from the National Action Against Obesity recently said  Jordin "Is the vision of Unhealth".

For $25 you get all this food from Angel Food Ministries. God doesn’t promote healthy eating…   I don’t think one could eat all these fatty foods for any length of time, and not get a heart attack or stroke somewhere along the way.
