TJ MAXX knowingly let an upskirt photo snapper, with aspirations of his own up-skirt Internet website business, take pictures of women in skirts in their store. They wanted to catch Jeremiah Williams, in the act, but doing so also meant allowing him to violate the privacy of these women.

Sometimes criminals only get caught because of their own stupidity. A Jacksonville, NC, woman, Lolita Bullock, 45, was suspected of robbing a Bank of America. She had elluded the police for ten days.
