Single PS3 Replacement Screw: cost $82
Be very careful when you take apart your Sony electronics in the future, some poor sap was charged almost 62 Euros for a “Special Screw” for his PS3 or approximately $82 USD. Woman gets phone stolen and thief racks up $28,000 in charges - Cingular says “File Bankruptcy if you can’t pay it”
Accourding to this article posted over at yahoo.com, San Francisco resident Wendy Nguyen had her cell phone stolen on vacation and the thieves managed to charge $26,000 (the article doesn’t say if it was for long distance calls or downloads) to her cellphone between the time it was stolen and the time she reported it. When complaining about her bill to Cingular, now AT&T they told her to pay the bill or file bankruptcy!
