TJ MAXX knowingly let an upskirt photo snapper, with aspirations of his own up-skirt Internet website business, take pictures of women in skirts in their store. They wanted to catch Jeremiah Williams, in the act, but doing so also meant allowing him to violate the privacy of these women.

Maybe it’s a new fashion trend, maybe they are just goofing off with the soft white paper best known for wiping our asses with. Either way, they look like idiots! Although, some of the girls in these photos would be really popular wearing this stuff on a rainy day.
