House of Mark Twain Negative $1 Million after Former Employee Walks Out With Twains Money

After caught embezzling more than $1 million from former employer, Mark Twain, Donna Gregor was sentenced to 42 months in prison and three years of supervised release by Judge Warren Eginton of the U.S District Court of Bridgeport, Connecticut. Gregor, 58 years old, is also expected to pay restitution to the author Twain after the lengthy scheme was brought to an immediate holt. According to court documents and in-court statements, Gregor was using various ways to embezzle $1,080,811 from Mark Twain’s house in Hartford around the time frame of 2002 – 2010.

Convict Sues Hostages for Not Hiding Him

In Kansas, a convicted kidnapper decided he was going to countersue a Kansas couple that he held hostage while on the run in September 2009. I feel only in America is something like this possible, I mean where else do you hear of someone kidnapping a couple and then after being caught by police, turning around and suing those people you held captive for not aiding and a bedding a criminal? Well, I guess in this case the answer would be Kansas.

Topeka, Kansas news reports said Jesse Dimmick of Aurora, Colorado has filed a countersue claim on both Jared and Lindsay Rowley of Kansas for them reneging on an “oral contract” to hide him in exchange for money. Jesse Dimmick blames the Rowley couple for his capture and being shot in the back by police in 2009. Dimmick expects the couple to pay him in the amount of $235,000 for a breach of contract.

It is safe to say that seeing people fight and hurt themselves is ok, but only if the people who are a part of the fight that are hurting themselves while causing a scene to everyone around them are “rednecks”, right?

Well, to Palm City, Florida resident Mark Thomas Wach that is a reasonable statement. On November 28th, 2011, the Martin County Sheriff office said a passing deputy responded to an altercation that the deputy witnessed between Mark Thomas Wach and his 18 year old son. Investigators said Wach’s son told the deputies that he confronted his father about 45 minutes prior to the deputy’s arrival, in which he found his father intoxicated and shooting at his lawnmower with a pistol in front of his home. Sounds like a great parent, right?

It’s safe to say that even after three years, famous musician Chris Brown still cannot escape his past with ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Recently on the growing social network that many of you known as Twitter, Chris Brown was asked by one of his followers about his past ordeal with his ex-girlfriend Rihanna. Brown was furious after seeing the question pop up on his timeline and made sure it was known by ranting on for a little bit before deleting his entire timeline of his Twitter account by saying, “I don’t say s**t to anybody and everyone feels it’s cool to attack me. GROWN ADULTS!!!! That s**t happened three years ago!”

Polish Man Fails To Kill An Elephant – Sues Tour Operator Over It

A Polish hunter is suing a German tour operator for $130,000 over his inability to kill an elephant on a hunting trip. The company actually arranged a second trip where he did kill a male elephant.

Jaworski Jagdreisen, the company, which organized his hunting expeditions, insists there are/were elephants in the area of Zimbabwe where the hunter was sent. Hard to believe but Zimbabwe has a booming elephant population. There are an approximately 100,000 elephant in living there.
