    NYPD Jimmy Justice finds NYPD Traffic Cops breaking the law by parking in front of Fire Hydrants! Now that these women cops are busted I hope they lose their jobs and others learn their lesson! There are all kinds of crooked cops in this world, some are just not that smart and decide to argue with this cameraman even after being caught!!
