Possession is also a crime.

Yusuf Kalla, the Vice President of Indonesia says, however that marijuana used in cooking is legal. It has been used by Indonesian chefs for a long time as a traditional way to season curries. They use small amounts of crushed marijuana leaves or the seeds to spice certain dishes.

Kalla, also said, “It is ok to use it as a food seasoning, but it should not be fully legalized.”

I am wondering if possession is a crime, how can a chef have a plant in his kitchen?
