When you hear the word drug dealer, you might think of people hanging out on the street corner, peddling their poison, think again. There’s a new marketplace, the internet, drug peddlers are selling their drugs online and ship them in packages filled with coffee.
One California man, Zachary Michael Fisher, was caught selling 2C-I over the internet. It’s a relatively new drug in the US, but has been available in Europe and Canada for some time, the full name, or 2C-I am available in an ultra fine powdery form, a pill or a clear liquid. 2C-I, nicknamed “the spice” has similar effects to that of LSD, and is a powerful psychedelic.
There are so many web sites selling this drug, and other, so-called “legal highs”. Even if you didn’t want to pay high prices, there are plenty of recipes for manufacting your own high. Most have a list of common ingredients that any child can buy. We can all thank one man, a biochemist Dr. Alexander Shulgin, 78, out of California. He had previously held a license for the study of these psychoactive drugs and has literally created hundreds of psychedelic compounds. In the 1990s the recipes for 170 of his drugs were published in 2 biochemical cookbooks.
Dr. Shulgin, now works as an expert witness and adviser to the United States Drug Enforcement Agency. Good work doctor, thanks for making all of those dangerous drugs, and doing your good civic duty now.

Your definitely the type of person who is easily persuaded by what the media tells them. Dr. Shulgin is one of the greatest chemists of our time, and a very responsable researcher. It is only because stupid people who cannot respect the power of psychadelics abuse them and give them a bad name. Try reading the book DMT: the spirit molecule before you start bad-mouthing tryptamines that Dr. Shulgin synthesized. Do some research next time before you start slandering someone else you dont know and know nothing about…just a suggestion

Guns are great. They help defend people. Etc, etc. But sell them to anyone? Yeah pretty bad idea. Let everybody manufacture them? Yeah pretty bad idea. Same thing goes for these kind of drugs, asshole.

It is a shame that people simply sell these things to any a-hole that looks for them. But psychoactive drugs are not dangerous when taken in correct proportion to one’s body weight. The user is the most dangerous thing there is. If people spent as much time learning about what they put into their bodies before they did; things like D-Lysergic Acid Diethylamide(LSD), Mescaline(Peyote), Psilocybin mushrooms and Ayahuasca would not be illegal today. People all over the world have used these things for thousands of years for cultural, religious and spiritual(drastically different from religion) purposes without having their kids crawling around like animals. The problem is that for the most part, a vast majority of people against drugs have no idea what the substances are that they protest, let alone are so afraid of what they have in store for someone that they could not bear the thought of someone enjoying them because of fear of what it might do. There is not a single person in the world who has the right, let alone the authority, to tell another person that they cannot use a plant or substance in accordance with their own wishes. All men are equal, so act like it. Only if a person commits a crime against another person(steal, kill, hurt, harass, abuse) should the offender be isolated to their home/property until the person has made amends for their actions. Prison and jail turns any man, regardless of guilt into a monster or lifeless creature. You don’t send a murderer to live with other murderers, so that they can they spend every day in the mindset that got them there in the first place. Bottom line is, people need to make decisions for themselves, not for the rest of humanity…
