Anna Nicole Smith Boob-Job Video?? - Judge Says “no”
Appearantly the doctor that did Anna Nicole Smith’s breast augmentation in the 1990’s documented the surgery on video! He claims he never releases the videos as long as the patient is still alive. Poor Anna Nicole, she’s been dead for months now and the legal problems still keep coming and coming!
Gerald Wayne Johnson, the Texas-based plastic surgeon who performed the surgery is trying to sell the tape and sent a copy to a memorabilia dealer.
Superior Court Judge Mitchell L. Beckloff granted the order Friday at the request of Smith’s former attorney and executor of her will, Howard K. Stern. The injunction prevents the sale, distribution or dissemination of the videotape.
